Nutrition

You start the program with an intake with our head coach and nutrition specialist. He will create a personal and goal specific nutrition plan for you. During the program you will not only learn what to eat, but also in which ratio (Fat, Carb, Protein). Using our app, we check your intake daily, so we make sure you don’t exceed your ratio and or your allowed daily calories.


Training

We use power circuit training to transform your body into a lean mean calorie burning machine. Circuit training is a combination of resistance training, weight training and cardio, that maximizes the volume of work done in a short period of time. Circuit training is a great tool for weight loss, muscle gain and getting in shape fast!

Well being

You cannot lose weight, build muscles or get in shape if you are stressed or not getting enough sleep. It’s a known fact that stress and fatigue caus craving for fat and sugars.
During the program you will work on stress relief and improving your sleep. Because of proper nutrition and exercising you will start to feel more energetic fast.

Lasting Results

Of course, you are not done after six weeks. The six weeks are designed to learn as much about proper nutrition and exercise to bring about a lifestyle change. During the program you will pick up the good habits and get rid of the bad ones.
This way, after the six weeks you will have embraced the fit lifestyle! And go out and do it by yourself.

FAQ

  • Is Commit 2B Fit a Diet?

    During the program you will not go hungry. We show you how to eat not how to go hungry. If you would (chrash) diet you would gain the pounds you lost once you start eating normal again. We don’t DIET!

    Committers don’t diet and excersise. They train and eat!

  • Can I eat carbs during Commit 2B Fit

    C2BF is not a Diet. Furthermore you need Carbs to be able to do the workouts. During the six weeks you will learn what proper carbs are and in which propertion you should eat them. Some of you will get an low carb nutrition plan, but even then carbs are still allowed.

  • Is Commit 2b Fit only for losing weight?

    We have had great results with weightloss, but also with people getting in great shape (ripped). The training is suited for weight loss as well as getting in shape fast. The one thing everybody says is that they felt really energetic and fit after only weeks. Proper nutrition and working out, who knew 😉

  • How much weight can I lose during the program?

    We want to lose the pounds in a permanent fashion. That means that we put an upper limit on how much weight you lose per week, so that you don’t crahs. This differs per person.

    During the program you will also learn that we do not look at weight as a number, we look at the ratio ( percentages fat and muscles).

    That being said, we have had great results with weight loss, but also muscle gain. You get what you put in!

  • Do you have to be a B. Member to participate?

    No, everybody can join Commit 2B fit.

  • How fit do I have to be to start?

    The program is accesible for every fitness level or age. We had a former Iron man competitor (gained 4 kg in muscles) and somebody who hadn’t worked out in years. The great thing about circuit training is that there is no threshold and no ceeling. You train as hard as you can.

  • I can't make al three workouts, what now?

    During the program you’re expected to do three workouts a week. During your intake you disscuss your goals, but also what is feasible in those six weeks. If you are not able to make all the workouts we can provide alternatives. We prefer you doing all the workouts during the program, but we have had great results with people doing alternative workouts aswell
