During the program you will not go hungry. We show you how to eat not how to go hungry. If you would (chrash) diet you would gain the pounds you lost once you start eating normal again. We don’t DIET!
Committers don’t diet and excersise. They train and eat!
C2BF is not a Diet. Furthermore you need Carbs to be able to do the workouts. During the six weeks you will learn what proper carbs are and in which propertion you should eat them. Some of you will get an low carb nutrition plan, but even then carbs are still allowed.
We have had great results with weightloss, but also with people getting in great shape (ripped). The training is suited for weight loss as well as getting in shape fast. The one thing everybody says is that they felt really energetic and fit after only weeks. Proper nutrition and working out, who knew 😉
We want to lose the pounds in a permanent fashion. That means that we put an upper limit on how much weight you lose per week, so that you don’t crahs. This differs per person.
During the program you will also learn that we do not look at weight as a number, we look at the ratio ( percentages fat and muscles).
That being said, we have had great results with weight loss, but also muscle gain. You get what you put in!
No, everybody can join Commit 2B fit.
The program is accesible for every fitness level or age. We had a former Iron man competitor (gained 4 kg in muscles) and somebody who hadn’t worked out in years. The great thing about circuit training is that there is no threshold and no ceeling. You train as hard as you can.
During the program you’re expected to do three workouts a week. During your intake you disscuss your goals, but also what is feasible in those six weeks. If you are not able to make all the workouts we can provide alternatives. We prefer you doing all the workouts during the program, but we have had great results with people doing alternative workouts aswell
